The 21C Spyder brings BioLogic™ Engineering deeper into the vehicle than ever before. It debuts the all-new BrakeNode — a world-first integration of the suspension upright, brake caliper, and hydraulic fluid passages — and NeuralNode — a fully integrated vehicle control center. Bringing the sound of Czinger’s 11,000-rpm V8 straight into the cockpit, the 21C Spyder amplifies the otherworldly driving experience Czinger is known for.

23% of the 21C Spyder is topology-optimized and additively manufactured, utilizing processes developed by Czinger’s vertically integrated sister company, Divergent Technologies. When joined to the 21C’s carbon fiber monocoque, many of these parts comprise the BioLogic™ Chassis. Debuted on the 21C as the world’s first Pareto optimal chassis, the BioLogic™ Chassis incorporates the monocoque with additively manufactured parts including BrakeNode™, the gear casing, steering rack, electric motor housings, suspension components, crash structures, and rear subframe.

Braking

Introduced on the 21C Spyder, BrakeNode™ applies BioLogic™ Engineering to redesign the brake system from first principles — not as an assembly of parts, but as a single, generatively-designed structure unlike any brake system before it. BrakeNode™ consolidates conventional brake assembly elements and integrates directly into the vehicle's suspension, fusing caliper, upright, and hydraulic fluid passages into one topology-optimized structure. The result is a novel physical form that reinvents brake and suspension architecture simultaneously. It's a structure traditional manufacturing methods could never have produced.

Cockpit
NeuralNode applies BioLogic™ Engineering to the 21C's driver-centric cockpit, drawing on the ergonomics of a fighter jet pilot's experience and translating it to the road. It replaces the multi-part structure of a conventional dashboard with a single exoskeletal system — the vehicle's central compute system, integrating dash, instrument panels, and HVAC into one structure built entirely around the driver. Air flows through the structure itself, exiting through forward-facing vents designed for open-top comfort. Two arms extend from either side of NeuralNode, mounting key vehicle controls at the perfect distance from the redesigned, additively manufactured steering wheel.

Open-air experience
With its roof removed, the 21C Spyder pushes its otherworldly driving experience to an entirely new level — without compromising the weight, rigidity, or aerodynamic downforce that define the coupe. The sound of Czinger's in-house V8 floods the cabin as it revs toward its 11,000 rpm redline — every cycle of the airbox now prominently heard through the roof-mounted intake — while the rush of wind on either side of the central seating layout makes clear this is an experience that is singular in the automotive world.
The Power Unit



The most power-dense homologated V8 in the world, Czinger’s in-house 2.88L twin-turbo V8 produces 750 hp and revs to 11,000 rpm. With its compact size and extensive use of additively manufactured components, the engine weighs just 231 lbs (105 kg). Two electric motors on the front axle and a crankshaft-mounted Motor Generator Unit combine to make an additional 500 hp, bringing total system output to 1,250 hp on 91 octane, pump fuel.
