Czinger Vehicles welcomes Andrew Lambert as Chief Production and Supply Chain Officer
Los Angeles, CA – Czinger Vehicles is proud to announce that Andrew (Andy) Lambert has joined its team, filling the role of chief production and supply chain officer. Lambert brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge that will benefit Czinger as it scales up for production and first deliveries of the 21C hypercar in Q4 of 2023. With a diverse skill set and expertise in supply-chain solutions, production, and design — his stated goal for Czinger is world-class supply-chain robustness.

Lambert began his career in the Royal Air Force, where he spent nine years. His initial focus was aeronautical engineering at the British military’s best school of technical training, RAF Halton. He then served as an aircraft engineer specializing in work on the British Aerospace/McDonnell Douglas Harrier jump jet. He saw multiple iterations of the jet through their introduction, and gained a nuanced understanding of their construction and repair with each iteration. Lambert also traveled throughout Europe with a small display team presenting the Harrier at air shows, a time period in his career of which he is particularly proud.
After his time in the service, Lambert was recruited by the BMW Group where he worked for 13 years. In his time with BMW, he was a general manager involved with production of the MINI and worked his way to vice president of MINI logistics and assembly production, a role he maintained for his final three years with the company.
“Andy’s singular background and extensive knowledge base regarding production and supply-chain solutions across multiple industries will be invaluable to us.”
Lambert later signed on with Elon Musk’s SpaceX. In his nine years there, Lambert established and led the production system and supply chain for the Falcon 9, Falcon Heavy, and Dragon vehicles, before heading the build reliability and quality assurance functions ahead of the first manned space flight. Lambert was directly responsible for a rapid increase in production output, a factor which helped cement SpaceX as the world leader in private space travel.
After SpaceX, Lambert took a role with Heliogen, where he established the design, production, and supply solutions for the hardware for the concentrated solar fields of the future, as well as the automated installation of heliostats. He plans to use this future-thinking in his new position with Czinger.
“I am thrilled to be joining Czinger Vehicles,” said Lambert. “This is a very exciting company that is using cutting-edge technology to produce a truly elite hypercar. The opportunity is upon us to ensure all aspects of our manufacturing systems fully embrace the digital age. I look forward to the continuous improvement of the production and supply chain operations, ensuring all future progress is only limited by our endless creativity.”
“Andy’s singular background and extensive knowledge base regarding production and supply-chain solutions across multiple industries will be invaluable to us,” said Lukas Czinger, Founder and COO at Czinger Vehicles. “We expect that with his help, the 21C and our forthcoming models will be produced with a level of efficiency and accuracy not seen before. Andy’s insight and leadership will help further establish Czinger Vehicles as we build our Factory of the Future.”
